Tracy Kiss is no stranger to going under the knife and recently booked in for another breast surgery – she defended her decision after receiving questions on TikTok
Tracy Kiss probably didn't expect to receive so many questions when she announced her boob job plans on TikTok.
The Naked Attraction star was bombarded with comments begging her not to go ahead with the breast reduction op she has in the diary. One begged: "Don't do it!"
Another said: "Damn it's going to be a sad day. You look great." And a third asked: "They look perfect. Why are you getting them reduced?"
The 36-year-old, from the South of England, isn't deterred by the remarks though. In a response video, she explained why she has made the decision to go under the knife.
She explained: "I am having a breast reduction surgery – the reason for this is that it's been a wild ride to get to where I am today."
Tracy had her first boob job at just 18, which she saved up for by juggling three part time jobs alongside her studies. The reason wasn't cosmetic – it was because her breasts sat uncomfortably and she couldn't wear a bra.
She explained: "I had my first breast surgery when I was 18 years old, it was because my breasts didn't develop naturally or properly. They were actually deformed – and it was something that I would have lived with.
"I was a very shy and geeky teenager so I wasn't looking to be beautiful. I didn't want to have massive breasts... I just wanted to have a normal development.
"No bras were ever made wonky so I could never wear a bra properly... [My breasts] were different sizes and pointed in different directions, so it really was quite troubling."
Tracy went to see a professional in Harley Street, who recommended D-cup implants. The surgery was successful initially – but complications did arise years later when she was pregnant at 25.
She recalled: "I would have kept those implants for the rest of my life had they not have collapsed when I was pregnant...
"One day, the silicone began leaking from my chest. My implants were very tight, they'd hardened, and silicone was free-pouring out of my chest. I went to my doctor and they said 'your implant has ruptured'."
Tracy got the implants removed and booked in for surgery to fill in the gap that was left behind. Unfortunately though, this op came with its complications too.
She remembered: "My surgeon said to me, unless you want to sink inwards without implants, you need to have larger implants put in. So I had these implants put in – and they lasted for quite a while. They were fine until my immune system failed.
"I was very sick, my lips turned blue, I had breathing problems and they actually said these implants caused a mutation, which caused cancer and had to be removed".
In 2019, Tracy had her third breast-related procedure. She said: "It was never my choice to go this big, I had no choice other than to keep an implants rather than be concave from surgery."
It wasn't until five years later that an alternative was presented to her – due to advancements in the industry. She explained: "Breast surgery has come a long way – I've had these implants for almost five years now and am having a reduction.
"I cannot change shape – I wanted to have a natural shape – but I have no breast tissue of my own because of these previous surgeries and the silicone that leaked into me.
"I will have them reduced in size. This means there will be excess skin, so I will also have an uplift. I don't know what size I will be because it all depends on what happens when they open me up and see what I have left naturally and what they can do.
"All I know is my breasts will look smaller, I won't look as much like a blow up doll, and I will be happier and healthier because of it."
Tracy, who is set to get the surgery in a week's time, is sharing her experiences in a bid to aid others who are in similar positions.
She added: "The more that we talk about these things, the more that we can raise awareness and help people to fully understand what is involved when they have a surgery.
"From the age of 18, correcting a surgery has now led me to many years of suffering and multiple breast surgeries to sustain and maintain having breasts. So hopefully this will be the final part of my journey that will allow me to have implants for the rest of my life that are sustainable and safe."
